Concrete Forming
Skip the heavy, dirty, warped, and rotten Plyform, plywood, MDO, HDO, and MDF. Duracomb is a cost-effective alternative that's easier to handle, water proof, and capable of superior smoothness. Able to be cleaned and reused dozens of times before recycling, Duracomb corrugated plastic sheets save money.
For forming, our 10 mm. and 30 mm. Duracomb outperforms Plyform Class I. It is relied on for column forms, urban development, civil engineering, residential projects, and virtually everywhere traditional framing boards are used. In contrast to traditional Plyform's weight of 4-7 lbs. per square foot, 30 mm. Duracomb provides increased durability at less than .95 lb. per square foot.
Van Cladding
Duracomb's high impact durability and multi-directional strength make it an ideal material for vehicle cladding. Unlike fluted corrugation, Duracomb's omni-directional structure is naturally crease-resistant when applied across the curves of vehicle interiors. Cladding can be produced in any color and custom printed. Cladding is easily drilled or cut to fit with standard hand tools, CNC, or laser cutters.

Corrugated Signage
Duracomb is a superior alternative for Coroplast and other corrugated plastic sign media. Duracomb is stronger and lighter. Plus, it's often cheaper and smoother on both faces. Duracomb is easily drilled, trimmed, cut, scored, grommeted, and glued. It is fully compatible with flatbed UV inkjet printers and most adhesives used in contour cut vinyl.
